Although I’ve managed to see many of my childhood fantasy destinations, Italy, especially Tuscany, continues to pop up often in my day dreams. There are two things I adore- travelling and cooking and Doorways Villa Vacations makes that destination a no -brainer. There are cooking classes even for the kiddies if you happen to have a few in tow and wonder what to do with them. I saw the most adorable activity, kids’ actually entranced by the idea of getting their hands-on the pasta class. Top Italian chefs come to the villa and teach both youngsters and adults (theirs is a more sophisticated menu) how to make various pizzas from scratch including a dessert pizza.
