There are two types of classes which are available- a Private Culinary Experience with a one-on-one cooking class headed by one of the hotel’s top chefs and followed by lunch. The other, a Dim Sum Making class, is held in the Chinese restaurant’s, Spring Moon, kitchen. Make all gone after the class and perhaps look into taking the pastry course. Located in Kowloon.
