Perhaps one of the most renowned hotels in India (New Delhi) and the world is, The Imperial. They’ve now reinvented an old restaurant and have created Daniell’s Tavern – The Pan Indian Restaurant. It has been receiving rave reviews. All this after extensive research by the chef, sous chef and senior vice president Vijay Wanchoo and is “stealing the hearts of connoisseurs of Indian cuisine” and also giving guests the taste of Hindoostan. The recipes are extremely authentic and the name comes from landscape artists, Thomas and William Daniell.
